		<description>Thanks, this helps some to put up some of the issues am discussing with my out of town caterer.
Another thing is to attend as many of my friends&#039; and family members&#039; weddings as possible in the space of a few months in between our dates (I&#039;ll try tasting as many dishes, watching out for quality of service etc). Once I sample and am pleased, I might be in a better position to substitute or merge a provider with the one I had in mind already.</description>
